II. The summary

1. The project - "Staff in Business "

2. The name of the organization Scientific-Enlightenment Institute "Socionic Technologies".

3. The urgency of the project is connected to impossibility to solve a problem of efficiency and required quality of work. The majority of people frequently are engaged not in their business, i.e. their congenital qualities do not correspond to a kind of activity. Inconsistency in actions, conflicts in groups result in failures in work and turnover of staff.

The project is directed firstly on creation the scientific approach in selection of the staff and observance of natural laws of mental interactions at formation of working groups. It will create conditions in a society for full realization of natural potential of each worker, improvement of a psychological microclimate of groups, for strengthening health of people. Realization of the project will give an opportunity to organize Central personnel service which basis will be formation of groups of people on the basis of laws of socionics and using data of Ukrainian Socionic database where it is indicated socionic personality type of the person.

The knowledge own socionic personality type of each person and skill to use own qualities will remove in the future a society on a new coil of development.

4. Performance of concrete work

Definition of socionic personality types. Revealing of peoplesr congenital opportunities. Orientation and a direction on the certain kinds of activity and on the certain area of trades, according to congenital posibilities. Formation of mentally compatible working groups. The help in selection of mentally compatible partners. Training of managers with granting knowledge of prominent features of each worker and natural relations between workers. Expansion of the Ukrainian Socionic Database (US-Base) where not only the data on the person (a name, a nationality, education, a trade, a material condition, a family condition, height, weight, group of blood etc.) are kept, but also the data of congenital mental qualities which open potential of each person, his reactions and behaviour, even in extreme conditions. Granting of characteristics in the oral and written form. Distribution of the Certificate about socionic personality type which proves correct definition of mental-informational genetic code of the certain person. Realization of the Program of Scientific Selection of the Staff.

5. Expected results:

For heads and managers of the enterprises, the companies:

  • Each worker who has been selected under laws of socionics will be on his place so will perform work in the best way, with pleasure and the maximal feedback.

III. The description of the project

  1. Problems on which decision the project is directed:
1. Poor-quality performance of work and dissatisfaction of professional requirements because of discrepancy of activity to natural abilities.
2. Discrepancy of the natural data of the person of the elected trade.
3. Inadequate perception of the information and information culture during dialogue.
4. Formation of an adverse climate in working groups.
5. Impossibility of realization of potential of workers because of performance of activity which does not answer inborn abilities.
6. Conflicts in groups.
7. Turnover of staff.
8. Public problems of discontent, irritation, mental dissonances on ignorance of an own nature and laws of information interactions between people.
9. Obstacles to becoming of the personality and its self-realization in a society.

In our society enterprises are not profitable not only for the economic reasons but also because the majority of people cay not work with full feedback, frequently being engaged in not the own business, therefore they can not discharge their duties, and because of burden of conflicts in working groups and in own families. Fluidity of a labour occurs because of discrepancy of the elected trade to the congenital qualities of the person.

Concrete activity demands the certain qualities of mentality. Opening in the person congenital mental qualities we help him to find the business where he will feel himself confidently, can use the most of his abilities, feeling himself on his place. Loved business gives the person thirst of life, develops creative abilities and desire to do everything in the best way. Performance of work which fits to features of mentality of the person naturally occurs by the most productive way, and contribution of each worker raises productivity of work of all enterprise. Qualitative performance of work will result in positive shifts in economy.

To solve these problems it is possiply only through definition of socionic personality types.

Eventually the need for a training for a new profession and a problem of turnover of staff will disappear.

Ukrainiain Centre of Socionics offers the scientific approach to a set of the personnel accordingly congenital features of mentality, in a choice of a management and in creation of comfortable effective working groups where everyone will carry out the duties with the maximal feedback. Energy of workers will be kept and is directed on labour productivity and the enterprise becomes more profitable, the harmonious collective will fulfill a task quietly, in the best way and with the least efforts.

3. Whether there are other ways to solve this problem.

Neither in psychology, nor in psychotherapy and the psychiatry there are no exact knowledge of human nature, structure and laws of functioning of mentality. That is why the work of practical psychologists is very complex now. Psychological tests which in some organizations apply at selection of the staff, do not give desirable results. It is possible to make some comparisons of selection of the staff in technologies which exist in Centre of Socionics with methods of other organizations which use psychological tests, one of which has 300 questions, another 80, plus interview on 15-20 minutes. Tests do not justify themselves as do not give correctness in answers because the person is always guided by own sensations, experience, mood, state of health, and search of similar variant from vital situations. And on some questions he gives answers at random if does not know them. And what do similar tests reveal? Professional standard, knowledge, erudition, ingenuity. But any of them does not reveal knack of the person for the certain trade and his real opportunities. The person can acquire knowledge but is unable by virtue of his congenital features to do the certain kind of work.

The is a great demand in the psychological information among population, but, not satisfying it, people frequently are mistaken, going in religious sects, esoteric or some psychological clubs.

4. A substantiation why realization of this project will assist the decision of the specified problem.

Realization of the project is based on definition of socionic personality type. It enables to know knacks of each separate worker correctly. The head, knowing abilities of the worker, will correct the certain requirements to them according to their natural abilities. Knowing socionic personality types of workers, it is possible to know the reasons of occurrence of those or other interactions between them and to influence them in the necessary direction, avoiding conflicts.

Knowing own strong qualities, the person becomes self-assured, has an opportunity to develop them and make a choice in life meaningly, to reduce quantity of mistakes, to achieve success, having realized the natural abilities as much as possible, to live, interestingly, happily.

Any work which completely answers natural qualities of the person, is carried out qualitatively and productively. And the person on his place sanitates - work as desirable gives enthusiasm in life and feeling of confidence. Duality also promotes to this: it is the most harmonious relationships at mental addition of partners. And the group, formed in agree to natural laws of socion organization will be out of competition as is in force to solve any tasks.

Any group should have in its staff representatives of all types in the certain organization due to socionic laws of mental compatibility. Then such group will work productively, flexibly and mobily reacted and adapted to new circumstances and requirements of time, will be competitive capable.

 5. The practical work which has been carried out by experts-socionics at the enterprises and companies

The Program of Scientific Selection of the Staff inculcates at some companies of Kiev. For example: in Joint-stock company Ukraine-Holding-Lizing was carried out the work on definition of socionic personality types of the administrative personnel with granting characteristics and correction of business qualities according to their kind of activity and a post. Therefore the management has received more detailed information concerning disclosing professional inclinations of each of diagnosted workers, oincidence of their congenital characteristic qualities to character of the chosen trade and a post, and also their mental compatibility at performance of tasks in the certain working groups.

Similar work was carried out in the City antitubercular centre.

Engaging of workers of different trades was made on socionic technologies in a private concern Absoliut, and the Scientific organization Konus.

1. The purpose of the project

The purpose of the project is to increase economic efficiency of the companies, to sanitate workers by means of the scientific organization of groups. To give knowledge of heads and workers congenital abilities by means of definition of socionic personality type - a mental-informational genetic code - congenital potential for orientation in personal and public life, their directions in a choice of a trade according to natural qualities.

1. Creative and executive potential which the organization has:

Experts of the Company "Socionic Technologies" correctly, with 100% accuracy determine socionic personality type of the person, using 4 techniques on the basis of audio-visual and biographical particulars research. At a feedback concurrence of the information given in characteristics with sensation of an own private world proves to be true. Recommendations in a choice of a kind of activity in different areas of trades are given. Creative work on the text of a serial of books "Socionics about the person", and also the textbook on socionics is carried. Printing of the textbook and distribution it copies among educational establishments of Ukraine will give knowledge on theoretical and practical socionic to pupils, students and other people, an opportunity to learn better themselves and others to create conflictfree groups, to increase culture of dialogue, to improve the organization and quality of own life. Translation of books and the textbook to English and other languages will enable to distribute unique actual knowledge in the world.

The head of project is the pupil and the follower of the foundress of socionics Aushra Augustinavichute, is engaged in practical socionics within 23 years, the expert of the affair, his speciality is the psychologistpractitian. His personality type is intuitive-ethic extravert (ENFP).

The employers of the Company can render services to managers, workers, and other people. Theoretical-practical lessons with managers will give them the knowledge on socionics, such necessary in their practical activities, and it will raise quality of their work, will remove problems existing nowadays in mutual understanding during work, will give knowledge, as the practical tool for formation of psychologically comfortable working groups.

At the Company it is possible to determine 30 socionic personality types of people per day.

2. Achievements of the organization in realization of the similar projects

2.1. Ukrainian Centre of Socionics has adjusted business ties and has concluded contracts in the written and oral form with directors of high schools of Kiev:

Centre of Socionics develops and assists introduction of innovational programs contents of which is orientation of youth to self-knowledge, business style and behavior. Takes part in diagnostic selection for work youth who are capable to an establishment business partner relations. Also promotes spiritual development of a society, culture, assists rise of a role and increase of the contribution of the Ukrainian science and culture in the common treasury of human values. Create and prepare for the edition three books from a series: "Socionics about essence of the person", and also the textbook on socionics.

4. When and with what purpose the organization was created

Research-Inculcating Institute "Socionic Technologies" is created in May, 24, 1994, registration 205. The purpose of creation is to organize research activity with introduction of the newest technologies which open essence of mentality of the person.

The short description of a history of becoming and development of the organization

The basis for becoming and development of RIC "Socionic Technologies" was a problem among the population in search of partners for wedding. Various services of acquaintances have not justified their purpose, therefore eventually were disbanded and even avoid prosecuteion from the part of the indignant unsuccessfully married pairs. A task of the Company was selection of dual pairs for sensation of action of supplementing relations, improvements of an internal mental condition of the person and for expansion of a circle of familiars - psychologically compatible people.

Difficulty in a choice of a trade, turnover of staff, growth of unemployment have resulted in idea to engage in the decision of a problem of vocational guidance. Experts of the Company gave the customer the expanded characteristics of strong character traits and professional ability with recommendations concerning a choice of kinds of activity. This work is begun among senior pupils which is done constantly during 4 years. Services in definition of socionic personality types of other customers and psychological consultations in parallel are rendered.

5. The purposes and tasks of activity of the organization (long-term and short-term)

Long-term purposes of SEC Socionic Technologies": the scientific organization of social groups and improvement of a society, organization of a harmonious socion due to creation and functioning Ukrainian Socionic database.

The short-term purposes: creation of preconditions for correct use by pupils of their congenital potential and conditions for effective training and maintenance of mutual understanding between pupils and the pedagogical personnel. Increase of an overall performance of the enterprises and other organizations due to the scientific organization of working groups. Creation of conditions for realization of congenital potential of each person. Change of outlook for real perception of the world and common sense. Improvement of a society. Improvement of a psychological climate in working groups, families, a society. Expansion of a database of US-Base.

The organization has no sources of financing of activity.

University. In 1984 has finished the Kiev state pedagogical institute after O.M.Gorky, in absentia branch of faculty of technic disciplines. A speciality - the teacher of technical work and physics.
In 1992 has finished day time branch of a rate of a training for a new profession of teachers at the Kiev state university after M.Dragomanov. A speciality - the psychologist-practician.
1.4. The seniority
The general seniority - 37 years
Worked on a speciality of the repairman of metal-cutting equipment at such enterprises: in 1971 - plant Artem, 1973 - "Ukrselhostehnika" Kiev skilled - experimental plant, 1974 - plant "Electroprybor", 1975 - Kiev plant of analytical devices. In 1978 it is enlisted on a post of an item the mechanics of faculty of technic disciplines of the Kiev state pedagogical institute after O.M.Gorky. In 1980 is transferred to a post of the educational master of the same faculty. Since 1985 is transferred to faculty of training of work and plotting of the same institute.
In 1983 has taken a great interest in a science socionics, having felt its opportunities and a practicality, studied in a technique of practical definition of socionic personality types at the foundress of socionics Aushra Augustinavichute. In 1989 is appointed the inspector of schools of the Leningrad regional branch of education of Kiev. In 1990 is dismissed from a post of the inspector of schools in connection into a post of the teacher of work in school 254 from which in 1992 is dismissed and transferred to a post psychologist-practician at school 235. Got practical skills in definition of socionic personality types, carried out supervision and research work. Since 1993 worked on a post of the executive director of the ScientificInculcating Centre "Conus". Since 1994 is the general director of Research-Inculcating Company "Socionic Technologies".

I own skills of definition of socionics personality type from 100 % a guarantee of accuracy. I have organizing abilities in work with people. Independent in the decision of problems. I carry out the big amount of works operatively.

In 1981 has finished the Kiev institute of technology of light industry. A speciality - the engineer the designer the technologist of garments.
In 1999 has finished the Kiev linguistic university. A speciality-the philologist, the teacher of the English language and the foreign literature.
2.4. The seniority - 26 years.
The pedagogical experience - 17 years. From1982 till 1987 worked in the Pechora House of pioneers the coach of callithenics. Till 1995 worked as the teacher of labour training and physical training in Sushchanka school of a I-II step of Zhitomir area. At the same time worked in combination in Kornin house of children's creativity as the head of circles: callithenics, knitting, a macrame, drawing. From 1995 till 1999 worked at Kiev school 129 cities as the teacher of the English language. Since 1999 I cooperate with SEC "Socionic Technologies" - the scientific employee, the editor, the translator.
2.5. Habits
